Far infrared sauna detoxes your body, including removing heavy metals like mercury, arsenic and lead. This particular sauna also includes near and middle range infrared which is wonderful for your skin and bones. The Bodycentre's new room for the sauna is lovely and relaxing. The staff are a pleasure to work with.
