It's no surprise that Rasta Rita's eye-catching mint-green truck is emblazoned with an equally colorful motto: “Pouring Love Since 2006.” Those words couldn't be more accurate, given the care that the company's traveling bartenders put into each drink. In their mobile bar, a custom-restored 1965 GMC Step-Van, they mix gourmet organic margaritas with fresh juices, muddle mojitos, and blend martinis or specialty drinks with handcrafted mixers. At children's parties, they whip up virgin drinks, gratifying kids who've been demanding their apple juice "shaken, not stirred," from an early age. Customers can also opt for BYOB service or for a bar kit, which includes all the necessary tools for bartending (except for the bartender).
