I would have liked to get more information about their other services or memberships, but they didn't offer any or have any available on the counter.

They were great - friendly and helpful, and very professional - knew so much about the body and how to heal it.

The atmosphere there seems cold and clinical rather than friendly and inviting...lighten it up!!!

The facilities are old and a little shabby. Staff was very nice. I understood from the outset that this was not a "spa," but some more money spent on aesthetics would go a long way. The smell of mildew in the lobby is pretty strong. Perhaps a dehumidifier?

unprofessional vibe-beach towels were used instead of sheets, the room was also very cold
