About Fab Real Estate School

Fab Real Estate School’s sole mission is to educate students in modern real-estate law so they can become agents or just further their education. Don Fabrizio-Garcia, an experienced real-estate broker, instructor, and former appraiser, leads all the school’s classes, which include the 60-hour pre-licensing course that meets the minimum requirements set by the Department of Consumer Protection. Continuing education classes cover a variety of topics, from working with rental properties to the National Association of REALTORS code of ethics.
