I love this company and can't wait to plan my next trip with them.

Great deal, completely worth it! Only issue I had was the bus had some trash that should have been picked up prior to picking us up in the morning.

Would I recommend them?....Would you recommend a root canal without any anesthesia? ... Davis Tours provided a fantastic kidnapping experience on the way back from the Keys when the bus driver decided to turn the bus around back to Key West without making an announcement to the passengers on board. Incompetence on the part of the owner and a total lack of professionalism by the driver contributed to a painfully long 8 hour drive home from the Keys to Ft. Lauderdale. Mechanical issues and breakdowns can happen at anytime, but it's all about how the situation is handled! Turning the lead bus around to rescue the passengers of the trailing bus when when it was just an hour away from its destination was agonizing. Instead of returning at the promised 1 AM, the bus finally returned to the station at 5 AM. Action should have been taken sooner, or accommodations should have been made for the other stranded passengers. A lack of communication on multiple levels left many customers unsatisfied. NOT making an announcement to the passengers on board is and was unacceptable. The only satisfaction I received from this 'adventure' was that we returned home safely. But how safe could it have been with a fatigued and extremely aggravated driver? And with an owner/driver that wanted to overload a bus to bring every passenger back in one trip? Fortunately, a passenger with a working phone was able to call 911 on the driver in order to have the bus pulled over and warned that overloading the bus would lead to a fine, which prevented the overloading. I regret the need to warn future customers of the incompetence and smoothing over (or lack there of) of this whole debacle. I WILL PURSUE A REFUND.

Terrible service; aweful, incompetant personnel. We did not get home until 6am Sunday morning and the driver drove from 10pm until 5am the next morning- 7 hours straight through after the 2nd bus broke down and our bus had to return from Key Largo to Key West to pick up all of the passangers but 5!! AWEFUL, AWEFUL, AWEFUL!! We will NEVER use Davis Tours again. I am writing them a letter of complaint for their terrible service.
