B&S is fantastic! The classes are led by friendly, knowledgeable coaches that show a sincere interest in motivating & encouraging the participants. They are careful to be sure that everyone is conducting the exercises correctly & will offer alternatives if a suggested exercise is too difficult. If you want a place to workout & not feel intimidated because you may be a beginner, this is it!

Lovely community gym with some great trainers, just to name one Jose. Not all trainers correct your posture so if you have any issues make sure you try and stick to the ones who monitor the class. You can find classes for any level and any age; there is nobody here left behind! The crossfit section is really for more advance fitness level.
