This was a small class with a very personal instructor. Nothing like going to a class at a big box gym where you have no idea if you are doing the exercise right. No fighting for space! Loved it.

They never returned my phone calls in order to.use my sessions. Thus, I only used one session out of the ten. Total rip off!
