About Matsuri

Matsuri's menu features more than 20 specialty sushi rolls, each as colorful as it is flavorful. Sushi chefs give diners a front-row seat at an open bar, showing off their techniques. They stuff wasabi rolls with a mixture of spicy tuna and mango, or fold a seaweed shell around salmon to create the sweetheart roll. Of course, there's a behind-the-scenes kitchen as well, where chefs whip up hot appetizers and entrees such as the tuna martini, a lightly fried tartare dish not to be confused with the drink of choice for the fish equivalent of James Bond.
