The sauna gets pretty boring after a while bad it isn't big enough to lay down. I recommend bringing a book.

The sauna session was fabulous , you defiantly sweat but I personally felt ( after showering) rejuvenated. I plan on getting a few more sessions . Would recommend to those whom are not claustrophobic.

The women who work there are very kind and helpful. Rachel and Lisa are cool and very easy to talk to. They also offer other services that I'm looking forward to using. Great place!!
