We had a great time. The tour guide was very patient in teaching us how to ride the segways. Also the tour was awesome. The tour guide was extremely knowledgable if the history of Charlotte. Great fun!!!

We had a very nice tour. The guides are great. The equipment is a bit older and "warn" but working for the most part. The biggest issue we had was with the reservation system. They require a "request" by email and are slow to respond. Also requested by email several times that we change our reservation. Again, good tour, poor reservation communication.

Very fun tour, Segways easy to use and the food stops exposed us to new places we had not been to in our 20 years in Charlotte. Great couple or family (teens) outing!

We had a great tour guide, Tremaine! The instructions for finding the meeting location were quite difficult to follow but once we found the location it was a great experience. The choices of food stops were excellent!
