As a single woman I usually get the feeling that men in auto repair are out to take advantage of me. I did not feel that with Davis Import Auto Service. They were respectful and friendly along with being informative and helpful. Yes, I will go back.

They did a quick and expert job on my car. Everyone I dealt with was very friendly and they gave me good advice about purchasing new tires.

In the past I took my car when the 'check engine' light turned on. The owner spent a lot of time with me to troubleshoot what was wrong and when he finally figured it out he only charged me for the actual repair. I had taken my car to another place and they were not able to help me (they did not seem competent). I will definitely take my car to DAvis Import Auto in the future.

Bob seemed very unwilling to help my boyfriend and me. We both had vouchers and had scheduled our maintenance for 12PM. When we walked into the office, I informed Bob that we had appointments at 12PM and he started complaining, wondering why his son set up something at 12PM. Right off the bat, I didn't like him for complaining about us.. TO us. My boyfriend's car didn't get a tire rotation because Bob said the tires needed to be changed. When we asked if we would still get the tire rotation after changing the tires, Bob answered in the tone that made us sound as if we were stupid. He ultimately said that there would be no need for a tire rotation if we changed the tires. I don't know what ticked him off. Maybe we just went on a bad day.. or he just didn't like us for some reason. Whatever it was, I do not recommend going.

Very friendly and helpful. They changed my license plate bulb, which was out... free of charge!
