We have been to many CrossFit gyms and this is the first one that was 100% outside - love it!! The WOD and accessory work were great and the coach (Tammy) was friendly and knowledgeable.

Only my second day but really enjoyed the programming, the coach and the people. I felt very welcomed and look forward to the rest of my month. I think I found my new workout home.

DSF is a nice full service gym despite it's small size. My only other comment is that I think that active members should have the cross training classes w/o having to pay additional fees. Or, at least members should get significant discounts. We don't pay extra for Yoga, Aerobics, spinning or any of the other classes. So, why be charged extra for the cross training classes?

Cross Fit intro class #1 completed. Box seems very opening and encouraging, eager to answer questions and offers guidance to newbies. It is located outdoors though so dress accordingly!!

The cross training class is too rigorous for an elderly lady. I would Rather do 19 water aerobics classes.
