I’ve had great results after only 2 of my 6 laser treatments at the Roseville location. The team has been friendly, helpful and accommodating and the salon is clean. There was one visit they needed to cancel day of due to staffing, but contacted me to reschedule prior to the appointment time. My experience has been positive and I would recommend them to others.

I have nothing but positive things to say about my visit to Perceptions Aesthetics I was welcomed by a friendly warm atmosphere upon entering Perceptions Aesthetic Spa from the smiling, inviting face at the front desk, to my nurse Kim; who performed my procedure. Kim was extremely knowledgeable and obviously experienced with the laser she chose to use on my particular skin color. I was told exactly what to expect and knew I was in good hands. The facility was clean, peaceful, with friendly, and knowledgeable staff. I also had no problem scheduling my next appointment. Who could ask for anything more. I used the Roseville location. Laser hair removal with excellent results after 6 treatments, although I will still need a few more sessions for “complete” destruction of my stubborn roots. I am very tan (being 1/2 black and 1/2 white) with dark hair- no issues with skin burning. Staff was on point with scheduling , timeliness, and knowledge. Would absolutely recommend.
