I want my money back....i have left multiple messages, but no one calls me back! I went to the website, did what a friend told me to do...and still i cant get into class or get anyone to call me back!

we (3 of us) followed instructions to redeem the purchase. in february 9 as of today have not heard or have seen the.credit on our account to be able to sign up for classes. very aggravated
