Fantastic experience

The vehicle was in horrible condition and old. The air condition was not working and was uncomfortable and hot inside on the warm sunny day in April. The connection for ipod music kept cutting off. The left turn signal did not work. The limo had damage to the body very visible. We smelled exhaust fumes inside the limo after driving several miles. I would never rent again from this company unless they showed me something in better condition inside and out. Even at a discount I was ashamed to entertain my guests. Driver was great,Manager I spoke with was very nice and professional but did not offer any monetary return. Did not get my copy of receipt/contract. After requesting don't have.

The driver was rude , and when it was brought to attention of bissiness owner , he hung the phone up on me .

When the limo arrived, the radio was not fastened in place and it was full of static so we had to keep trying to move it around. Also, the subwoofer kept going in and out so the music sounded horrible. The face plates of the speakers inside the limo on both doors were missing. Not a good experience at all and I will never use this company again. Not what I expected from this limo service at all.

This was a horrible experience! The vehicle was falling apart the driver was late and kept getting lost at my expense. Additionally we missed half the event due to this service.
