We felt like we were charged too much for Mobile 1 oil. We asked for a manager to call and explain the charges and never heard back.

1 hour and 15 minutes is far too long to wait for an oil change and tire rotation. Given the fact that customers had to make an appointment, it should have taken no more than 30 to 45 mins at the most. It was an aggravating experience to save $5 to $10
