If you want to get in shape and are looking for a challenge, I would highly recommend the classes here. Ariel is an excellent trainer. Her classes are never boring since she always adds something different each time.

Being new to Decatur, I visited a few gyms/work-out programs. Pinnacle blew the competition out of the water! I found other places to be too corporate and ‘gimmicky’. The staff is positive, welcoming, and it’s obvious they take pride in their services. The work out routines provided produce results! Wherever you are in your fitness journey, I highly recommend giving Pinnacle a try!

Pinnacle offers intense workout of small group strength and condition classes. I have really enjoyed the intense workouts well as the convenient location. The people are kind and motivating. If you are looking for a lifestyle change, Pinnacle helps (along with your commitment to eating right and exercising regularly) to deliver all of that to you.

Pinnacle is a amazing little gem tucked away in the Cumberland area. Rae and Alex are both really knowledgeable and coach in an empowering and supportive way to cater to your individual level and needs. The split philosophy of strength and interval, coupled with the variety of routine really challenges the body increasing strength, endurance, balance and flexibility. Great community of peeps too!
