The manicurist did a wonderful job (6.11.12)!

I appreciate their accommodations during my visit, due to a delay in the schedule. Thank you for the professionalism.

I felt a calm in the day spa enviornment. I enjoyed the gel nails and pedicure. DeMysha explained the process and how wherever you go for a mani pedi you need to look for certain sanitation protocols which was more than I could've ever known. My nails still look fabulous and freshly done:) I will go back and be willing to try more services which DeMysha recommended :)

The owner chewed out the employee in front of the customer. This is not professional al at all. Not enough staff for mani n pedi. Very small room. Always had to wait. Would be running behind should have called customer to make them aware of that fact

no home, without waiting for the explanation of beautician late hour. I remember the name of this institute because I did not like.

Although the staff is very nice and accommodating, the quality of service is just not up to par.

They don't know how to do manicures

Eventhough they are very welcoming the place doesn't look professional at all! It's like having a beauty salon on your garage

Just like "reading is fundamental" so is excellent customer service if you want your business to grow. Sadlyyour vision/business will crumble all do to the efforts of your owner.
