This place is located in a old office building. Does not feel like a spa environment. Costumer service is poor. Can not get in touch with anyone through the phone must use email address just for them to contact you. VERY Disappointed.

It was raining, I had already had trouble getting an appointment - over two weeks, see #3 above, plus she wasn't ready when I got there at my appt time, because I couldn't find the parking lot (I thought she said parking garage) and had enough change for 26 minutes, she, the therapist, had no change at all, it was raining - not at all what I expected. I'm very disappointed!!!
