for starters, the offer of a massage and facial was only a 75 minutes [alleged] treatment, not 2 separate services. secondly, I was told I had to give $30 "tip" before I had a service. I got a refund, and I would advise you to get a refund too. i'm not sure their advertising and demand for tip before service is illegal, but it sure is unethical.

My experience was not a good one, first of all the owner who did my spa treatments was an hour late, there was the biggest roach in their toilet and I could not pee for 2 hours. The treatment and massage was just OK, but the women talked the entire time and she left the room at least 5 times during the facial and massage. The overall experience was not good. I would never go back.
