My only disappointment--the "buy" price wasn't "real"...they did a large tack-on fee for the "right" cleaning.

The owner came out to perform the service and he was very honest and knowledgeable. The work was very thorough and we are planning to call him back in a few months for follow up / maintenance cleaning to help keep the carpet as clean as it was when he left.
