Enjoyed my visit with one exception--my understanding of a tip/gratuity is that is something "I" determine AFTER I have received the service...I have a difficult time agreeing with a built in gratuity charged when I walk in the door. I most likely would have tipped the same, but it should be my decision based on the service I'd gotten. It seems like the price was discounted but maybe made up by the mandatory "tip."

Staff morale seemed a little low

The pedicure wasn't the best I've ever had. Don't think unwound recommend a pedicure or go back for one but the lady that did the pedicure was nice and friendly.

Mandy, the aesthetician who did my services, was amazing. Great lady! Made me very comfortable. Because of her, I WILL be back again.

The walls need more soundproofing. I could hear talking from the room next door.
