Clean, organized and well lit. Veronica our Barre instructor was just lovely and helped us do our best. I enjoyed the class very much. Excellent Stretch all over and core strength building.

So many happy memories are coming back. I absolutely loved my first experience with Delray Beach School of Dance. I can feel my muscles burning up so much, can't wait to be back. Thank you! Дякую 🌸

The owner and trainer is fabulous. The gym is spotless and her program (Barre Fit) is exactly what I wanted and an exceptional workout for any level. I look forward to more sessions beginning tomorrow :)

Best workout ever. The instructor takes her job very seriously and is absolutely wonderful at what she does. She helped me perfect my forms, which greatly improves the effects of each exercise. Throughout the workout, we also do stretches, which helps me feel pain free by the time the class is done. It’s a hard workout, but very rewarding, and it keeps making me want to come back for more.

Veronica is a fantastic instructor! She is a classically trained ballerina who works her skill into the barre workouts. Loved her class and can't wait to go back.
