Very pleasant staff only negative feedback I was surprised when the gratuity was included with the tax most times the gratuity is based on the service provided not mandatory by the owner!!!!

The lounge was beautiful. I have never gone for a mani-pedi where the nail polish was not included in the cost.

They are hard to reach through phone. They never pick up their phone and I can not leave a message. I acutally have to show up at their door and asked to make an appointment. Also the information on their website is incorrect. It's so frustrating. Finally I got my mani-pedi and I was not too impressed due to sloppy job and getting cut. I will never go back to this place and will not recommend anybody to go there.

Dream beauty lounge changed my appointment and i could not make it the time they gave me which was an hour later. i had another appointment booked later. When i called them back to rebook, they told me that my coupon was considered used because i did not make it on the time they gave me. I am not happy at all. My purchase of $29 is wasted.
