The optometrist is excellent, not a huge range of frames to choose from however & you can't add-on to buy better ones. But they are lovely

All of the staff were very knowledgeable and they all provided outstanding service! I was extremely impressed with the Optometrist who spent a great deal of time explaining each part of the exam and her findings. I've already recommended image optometry to a friend and will continue to do so to others. I also plan to return to look at other glasses including sunglasses.

I love my new glasses, however, I was disappointed that the coupon did not indicate that the $199 price was based on the original retail price prior to the sale price. All of the glasses were on sale in Image but only a few were under the non-sale price of $199. It also didn't indicate on the coupon that the glasses were only valid with a certain prescription. If you have a higher prescription then you have to pay an additional amount. Had I known that I would incur the extra charges, I probably wouldn't have bought the coupon. Overall, I'm happy with my glasses and the service was great. Instead of $49, the glasses cost $149. It was a little misleading.
