the staff was extremely nice. however, the river was very polluted and the website described it as a 2-3 hour float. the water was so shallow in most place we had to walk and push our floats--and it still took us 4.5 hours! there are trees sticking up from the river--very dangerous (especially for kids!) but we made the best of it and had fun in spite of all that.
