The instructor is nice, and is very knowledgable in his exercise instructions. The actual gym is semi-modern and clean as well!

The instructor is very nice and the class is super fun! It definitely pushes you and leaves you a little sore the next day. But that just makes you feel more accomplished. My first day was yesterday and I can't wait to go today.

The camaraderie is the best part by far but also having someone there to check my form and getting to know people by name makes this a fantastic place to be.
