I spent $75 on a color that I will need to have re-done and a hair cut that didn't happen. I asked for an inch to be cut off from my ends. I have long, layered hair but the only cut that I received was for the bottom layer. There was no hair on the floor when I was finished with my cut. I was told I could come back in and get the color re-done so it would look better for an additional cost. Although I really liked my stylist as a person, she was a sweet as can be, I don't know that I could really say I got a hair cut at all.

Charged more than was advertised. Not a good hair cut. Instead of layers for my curly hair it appears to be a mullet. Must wear my hair up until it grows out.
