I'm glad I purchased the 4-week option for kickboxing!!! It is a fun class and I love how it is a judgment-free zone; I don't feel self-conscious if I have to take breaks or go at a slower speed. So far I've had Max as my coach and he is great at explaining what we will be doing as well as keeping the energy going.

This is an amazing place staffed by extremely nice people. The kick boxing coaches are extremely energetic, helpful, and great at instruction.
