The service provided was partial, carpet was worse after the cleaning.

They came out to do the house, and I was pleasantly surprised that the process only took about 45 minutes. Unfortunately, the dry time was 6-8 hours, which I was not informed about until after the fact. More importantly, I was asked to inspect the cleaned carpet. Well, the problem with that is the dirty spots blend into the wet carpet. But after about 3 hours of drying, I began to notice that the spots were emerging again. In fact, my son's room looked like it hadn't even been cleaned at all! This cleaning process was a huge disappointment, and to add insult to injury, when I contacted the company about my problem with the cleaning, they never responded.
