About iLiv Yoga

Within iLiv Yoga’s heated studio, expert instructors lead students of all levels through six sweat-filled varieties of yoga classes. Passionate instructors lead students through traditional Vinyasa flow postures, combining breath and movement as the studio’s elevated temperatures open up limbs and deepen stretches. They also lead classes set to music for more experienced yogis, allowing the rhythms of the music to set the pace of the class, be it a soothing jazz tempo or the cacophonous sound of a marching band trying to break the land speed record.
