The service was professional, friendly and prompt. The driver was professional, friendly, respectful and drove well.The car was clean and comfortable. I am happy to recommend Pyramid and I will use them again.

The service was excellent - prompt, courteous, and helpful. Our return flight was cancelled and when I called Pyramids Limousine to reschedule, I had no problems. It was the easiest part of our trip!

Can't wait to use them again for transportation to the airport in September for my Vegas trip. Do you have a company in Vegas that can pick me up at the airport in Vegas and take me to the hotel?

Paid for round trip in a SUV and he showed up in a small sedan. Then didnt show up for the return trip and left us stranded at the airport . Would never use this company again!!!!

Unprofessional and deceptive in the delivery of service. Owner/driver charged extra $ for an "early pick up time" AND complained that the $5 tip was not enough. Then was verbally confrontational and barked he was not going to send anyone for our return transportation that was prepaid. Pyramid service was the worst I have ever used.
