I'm 53 y.o. and it first time in my life I cry after hair cut. I three times explain what I want , but the master( must be for that money) did not listen to me.I never ever will go to the Salon Texture!

It took 3 trips and 7 hours total for her to get my color even close to right. Now less than 2 washes later, all the color is washed out. I do appreciate that she didn't give up, but there is no way I would spend full price there!
