Classes cover toning, flexibility, and conditioning all while incorporating pole dancing and sensual movements. Though the studio focuses on ladies, men don't have to be left out of the fun thanks to a selection of co-ed sessions.

I took the beginner jazz class and had a blast! I felt comfortable and welcome, despite having no dance experience. I’ve signed up for 2 classes next week. I would definitely recommend!

So much fun! I’m a terrible dancer, but this class still helped me feel sexy anyway. Such a great workout. Will be back.

This studio is awesome! It is exactly what I was looking for. The teachers are friendly and know their craft well. They make you feel at home in your body. I love the sexy choregraphies I've been learning on chair and floor with Kismet. I'm hooked!
