The ages of the child watch doesn't work for all of my children which limits my ability to use the facility. =( (ages 8, 6, 2)

I think it's a fantastic workout center. My only recommendation would be that it should be more flexible with it's membership options, like Denver Parks and Recreation's membership options.

Very pleased with our ongoing relationship with the Susan Duncan Y...helpful and friendly staff is great. Have also benefited from a few different classes. I would love to see a Christian- oriented yoga class since this is still the Young Men's Christian Association, right? :) I have only seen classes offered with a more mystical and/or eastern religion bent to them. thank you!

We visited the Arvada Y which was very nice! We live right by the SW Location so we typically go there. It would be nice to eventually include a pool slide for the kids and upgrade the locker rooms at SW.
But it serves the purpose!

I was surprised how nice the YMCA in Arvada is and how convenient their classes are. They've even got Yoga on Sunday afternoon.
