Brooke was 30 minutes late to appt. She and said 15 but we were already there and parked in a paying spot. Maybe mention up front where the no pay zones are when setting the appt. Then she didn't keep hilite on long enough. Can still see roots. The conditioner seemed to be on longer. She was out of room a long time and didn't check in much. Asked for tax on this and expected a tip. Can't say it was a great experience. However my daughter said she was nice.
