They could stand a good cleaning\maintenance of the chairs. I enjoy coming but theater cleaning could be improved.

Keep your website up to date and play the movies you advertise. It's a pain to drive there all the way from Ankeny only to find out that the movie you were coming to see is no longer playing or playing at a different time.

I was surprised to see only one employee who was not only selling tickets, but filling food orders too. The theatre we entered had not been cleaned prior to our show. Perhaps adding a few more employees during the early evening shift would be an advantage to you as customers would more likely come back if they didn't have to wait in line so long & had a clean theatre in which to view their movie. There was no employees around when we left the theatre which made us feel forgotten.
