The way things were handled when receiving the tickets and entering the place should have been taken care of better. There was cause when trying to get our tickets and there was also no express lane when trying to get inside.
It was nice, But it did say ballroom attire. People came dressed up like if they were going to a DMX concert.
It was fun. They didn't have everything that was promised - Roulette and Craps tables notably - but we had fun regardless. Lil Jon was only on for 30 minutes, but I kinda expected that. I probably won't go back just because I like doing new things year after year, but I'm glad that I went and I would suggest it to others.
It would have been better if the VIP ticket holders were actually treated like VIP's. It took us about 45 minuets to actually get to the ballroom and standing in a line for another half hour for one drink instead of dancing kind of made us feel like we were general admission. Maybe next year it will be more organized. Other than that thought it was a great party and Lil Jon was amazing!

We had a great time and would do it again for the great prices, however we paid for VIP which was supposed to be no wait in line. However, the place was completely disorganized and we had to wait in line for almost an hour to get in. I would have been furious had I paid full price.
Keep doing a great job!
More bars. The lines to get drinks were pretty long at times and it shouldn't take that long to get drinks.
Large spacious venue, lots of bars to get drinks from didnt have to wait very long for drinks
more bartenders had to wait to long to get a drink!!!!
