I really needed to do something with my hair. So I booked an appointment. To my arrival, I was greeted and taken care of right away. We discussed the service that I paid for and the additional fees that would cover what I needed to get done and it was very reasonable. The stylist did a great job, she had her work cut out for her too... She also color corrected all of the brassy and created the prettiest blend of blondes in my now balayage locks. My hair feels great too. She is a great listener and didn't take off too much of my length which was a big concern I had.

I had purchased the deal for a haircut but decided to get the Japanese hair straightening that they offered. I was a little nervous about getting it done because the last time I got this service was in New York about 3 years ago. The girls here were very knowledgeable about this service and I felt comfortable. The price was $300 (my hair is middle of my back)compared to the $900 that I paid for before. I love my hair. I will be back they will honer the same price again.

Charged me for length even though 3” was cut off before any other service. Did not give me anything like the picture I showed her (dark blonde, no platinum anywhere) and I got what looks like Marilyn Monroe and she told me “not to worry because the toner will help”. I’ve gotten my hair done enough to know that she did not listen to me at all except when I said “blonde”

While I found my stylist to be very nice, I overpaid for the services. I went in for a quote as they charge extra for long hair and was told $50. When I went again for my appointment they told me $75. I cut my hair to the $50 length & still paid $75. I have blotches of uneven bleached hair and now I have to pay more to get it corrected. Not worth the inconvenience & money! Paid over $130 Beware!!!

Paid for highlights haircut and style. Stylist didn't lighten it enough and haircut was below par. When I went to pay, they charged me an additional $50 for toner. Toner is included everywhere else I've been too for highlights. I don't recommend going here.

I showed a picture of the cut and balayage color I wanted. The lady who did my hair did NOT know how to do balayage nor was able to at least somewhat copy the cut from the picture I showed. Gave me the ugliest layers and “highlights” and even screwed up some of the strands (made it way too light) I couldn’t believe it. Had to go to another salon the next day to fix her mistake.

I got the Japanese Hair Straightening. Upon arrival, I was told that I had to pay extra $100 coz of the length of my hair. I waited 48 hours before washing my hair and was very careful not to wet/tie it then when I finally did washed my hair, some parts were still curly! Not worth it!!! I've had this treatment done a few times before- this is by far the worst I have ever experienced!! Be warned!!!
