I had to wait about 10 minutes for anyone to acknowledge I was there after I signed in which seemed odd considering there were two young ladies at the sign in desk. Once I was called back by the laser technician, everything was awesome. She was friendly and wiling to answer questions. She also worked hard to make my experience as painless as possible.
