Workers were rude, didn't put us down for our reservation. Had to repeat what we wanted several times. Had to wait and stay on standby since they didn't put us down and short time left while vacationing. Canceled an additional activity and still called us to confirm reservation then proceded to to tell us we would be charged even tho we canceled in person.
