The instructor was very nice and the yoga room (in Mc Gregor) was very clean and quiet. I highly recommend it.

I wasn't sure how the Yoga class' would work initially so I called to inquire after purchasing. I wondered if I had signed up for the upcoming seasons classes, or if I had to reserve a spot. It was music to my ears when they explained that they simply give you a punch card (with the amount of classes you purchased), and each time you attend a class, they stamp/punch it. This allows you the freedom to attend the weeks that you are able to, and doesn't expire within the following seasons schedule. If it takes you a year to use up all your classes, that's fine.
