Quick check in process, friendly office staff, the masseuse did a great job getting the knotts out of my shoulders and neck. I liked the scalp massage, overall had a good experience. The only recommendation i would recommend is that they give a pre-massage questioner that asks about trouble areas and the amount of pressure the client would like. Other than that I recommend Life Body Works.

Sylvia was great! She had many years experience as a masseuse. Moreover, she had medical massage training, so she was more knowledgeable. The facility was clean and homey. Keurig coffee machine, water, holiday decor. Good music. The walls were a bit thin so I could hear next door voices. Overall I would come back!

Location was clean and massage room had a relaxing atmosphere. Angela, the therapist, was attentive and focused. It was a great massage!
