They did not inform me prior to my visit that Dr Romero was out due to A surgery. I could've rescheduled had I known

at first I felt as if the receptionist and staff (Not the doctor just the receptionists staff) was cold & not very warm or welcoming but later I could see they were helpful it was just their personalities they are just quiet and shy perhaps.

Very positive experience. Dr. Romero takes the time to educate his patients about everything he does, which should be a requirement of all doctors/clinicians.
