A great place to unwind, relax in the hands of the therapist and escape from the everyday grind. Your facility is very clean, has a great ambience and is easy to find. We'll come again and spread the word about BMS Therapy.

Make sure your masseuse knows the lenth of the massage her/she is giving prior to starting the massage. We were scheduled for and a 90 minute massage and they did it for 60 then had to return because they were not aware that it was a 90 minute massage. The massage was great but would have liked to of had the full 90 minute massage without any interuptions.

The lobby area needs to be a bit more tidy. Please supply at least one magazine in English not just FingerHut catalogs. A watercooler would be a nice welcome or pitcher of ice water.

Well, the service was great and the staff was very professional. I would recommend the decor and interior appearance be improved a bit. Also, I wasn't sure I saw the therapists using a dispenser bottle. This made me wonder if the therapists were instead dipping their fingertips into a jar. This could be dangerous and possibly lead to the spreading of skin infections.
