The fact the movers actually asked my husband and I to buy them lunch and solicited a tip afterwards was very off putting. They did not listen when I was telling them which items were to go where. The drawers were not put back in my daughter's dresser.

We would have appreciated a better timed moving experience. It took them over two hours to move a one bedroom apartment. I have other movers who have move me in less than an 2 hours, especially because it's not a lot items. They were very nice

Booked an appt for 10-11am. Received a call around 9 am saying they would be 2 hrs late. When no one showed up by 2:30, we called and was told they would not be there until 4-5. At 5pm I received a call asking if they could reschedule for next day

They were unprofessional and always on their phones. They were slow and not to mention 2 1/2 hours late. Will not be using this company again.

They showed up an hour late from when they said they would show up. At first they were careful with all my boxes, but further into the move, they got wore out and started just tossing boxes around. A lot of my furniture is now damaged.
