Evan Byers oversees the operations, bringing insight learned during a four-decade golf career that includes stints as a player, caddy on the Senior PGA TOUR, representative of golf manufacturer Callaway Golf, and tournament director of numerous PGA tour level tournaments. Evan personally vets each instructor, ensuring that they can instruct any level of golfer with confidence and aren’t spies working for the caddy of one-time rival Chi-Chi Rodriguez.

Black Cover Golf Academy fosters golf-game improvement with a 12-stall driving range, a 2,100-square-foot putting green, a practice sand trap, and a golf simulator. As golfers hone their swings, a burbling creek and walls plastered with pictures of scenic mountains simulate the experience of being on a world-class golf course without the threat of running into a herd of feral golf carts.
