Remove car seats before wash to get all your seats clean. The won't take them out for you.

I was disappointed in the leather conditioning detail. Really sloppy work - I had to go home and try to even out the product they used. Didn't vacuum the seats first either. The exterior looked great, however.

They really took the time to totally clean the inside of the suv, it was by far one of the best car washes I've ever had.
