The massage was gentle,I would have preferred a deeper massage.the people who served us were welcoming and gracious.

The spa is located on the back side of the hotel parking lot. Make sure you don't park near the hotel entrance or you will have to walk all the way around.

Really liked this place. Estella gave me great tips about face products and didn't make me feel self conscious about how bad my skin was. The massage was amazing, my boyfriend really liked his and wants to go back.

Great massage and like the facial. Bought the two person package. My only comment was that they started the facial right after the massage or should I say during the last few minutes of my massage. They could have waited until she was done. Loved the cooling mask she used.

The spa is actually part of the Holiday Inn hotel and you'll find them all the way in the back. Anyway, I got a facial and massage today and the service was pretty decent. I've had better massages but then again, that was when I paid more at a more high-end place. FYI: I was told that you can't access the pool/hot tub area unless you have a room at the hotel, or you purchase a day pass for that area.

They are great!! Cater your facial to your skin type and have super sweet personalities. Don't forget to tip!

The facial was very good . The massage was average.

You need to pay attention to all aspects of customer service--not just the quality of the service rendered (particularly a new one who's sole decision to return is based on a single visit). My massage and facial were great. The staff was great and incredibly nice. However, all of this was marred because my facial began 45 minutes late. I understand that scheduling issues happen, but you need to rectify those issues with the customer. I had to ask what the problem was before there was even a recognition of the delay. Despite me raising the issue, I was given no remediation--not even a token gift card.
