Very happy with the experience at Texturz and with Michelle
Keep treating customers nice
Stylist i had was Kirsten. She did a very good job and really understood what i wanted to do. She was very nice. In addition to my stylist everyone was very sweet.
I was a little worried when I walked in because the salon turned out to be altering mainly to African American clients. However, the staff quickly put me at ease and my highlightes and haircut turned out gorgeous. I'd go there again if it wasnt as far as it is from where I live.
I was very pleased with the service that Michelle provided. However, I was not pleased with the result of my hair. I am natural and have very thick, course hair. I was very excited about the amino acid treatment but I definitely did not get the results that I had wished for. My hair was straight but it feels dry and is very frizzy. I have had my hair pressed in the past and I was very pleased at how slick and moisturized my hair was. Unfortunately, I did not get the same result at Texturz. My roots and edges are NOT straight. I asked Michelle to smooth my edges and she didn't. Overall, I think the salon was nice but I was not happy with my hair...especially for $99!
Is expensive, hair cut horrible and charge extra for everything
This salon would probably be good for African American women, but they had no idea how to treat thin, blond hair. My hair looks horrible and I have made an appointment to have it redone at a salon I am familiar with. I hope my hair is not "past fixing".
